Please Hold!

Life has taken another turn as I feared it might.  Baby Girl has been on Hospital Bed Rest since Thursday (yesterday). So, I stayed over there to help with #1 Grandson getting him to and from school, helping with homework, baths, etc. I’ll be spending the next two to two and a half weeks over there helping out.

The plan is still hoping Baby Girl can stay well enough to keep our Littlest in the womb until the 28th of this month. Should her blood pressure, and the protein in her urine continue to rise I’m sure they’ll induce her labor sooner.  We’re keeping our fingers crossed and praying Preeclampsia doesn’t strike her again! Baby L is doing very well through all this thankfully!

While over at her house I won’t have access to my images and typing on my Kindle and cell phone isn’t always great so, I’m putting blogging on hold for a bit, but I’ll do my best to keep up with you all.

I hope the next time I post it will be with great news. 😃🍼👶

  1. Oh Deborah, I hope very, very much that the little baby hangs in there and grows up to be a darling little toddler and then keeps growing… I feel a bit like egg #4 but the doctor and nurse egg look optimistic so hopefully they know something good. Hugs.

    1. Thank you so much Myriam! Bed rest is working well. Baby Girl’s labs are good and her bp has gone down. Our little one in the womb is doing great and if mom hangs in there he will stay in til 37 weeks then they’ll induce her. Your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated!! Xx

  2. Oh dear, Deborah. This newest twist is certainly not what anyone would hope for. You and your daughter are in my thoughts. I hope that everything remains well for these last 2 weeks and the newest little one arrives without drama 💕

  3. Oh boy, or rather, oh girl! Your daughter she has a mom close by to rescue her. Praying everything with baby and mommy goes well1

  4. Oh my goodness. Prayers that it all goes smoothly. So glad you’re able to provide the TLC and fuss over them with nervous energy ❤

    1. Since going through this with #1 Grandson was so frightening her Doctor’s are on it, and aren’t taking any chances which is why they ordered Hospital Bed Rest now with her numbers/labs spiking a bit. Cause if she goes downhill it will be fast like last time. I’m feeling like she’s in the best place she can be right now.

Thank you so much for the good wishes, and hugs across the miles! I appreciate it so much! xx

        1. It’s been a roller coaster with out end! They’re going to induce her at Midnight Sunday instead of Tuesday cause her labs aren’t good.
So, it won’t be long now til we see our newest Grandson, and get Baby Girl stablized and back to normal! Thank you so much for your thoughts and hugs! xx

  5. Sending hugs and prayers to your daughter and baby, Deborah, that everything will be okay. I’m doing like you, I’ve been staying at my daughter’s out of state almost all days since New Year’s Eve, she was rushed to ER, then surgery that had complications. I’ve been taking care of my 22 month old grandson. The little ones have a lot of energy, don’t they? 🙂

    1. Thank you so much Donna! Oh yes, you can relate. Thankfully I’m not traveling out of state to my daughter’s house. Depending on traffic the longest it takes to get there is 3 hours or if minimal traffic and hour 45 minutes.

22 months! Oh what a fun age! They’re so cute and curious then. I hope your daughter is doing much better and getting better everyday! My thoughts and prayers are with you too! xx

  6. Praying that all goes well and for all of you and all involved in the delivery. I’ll be off the radar come Monday morning when I’m heading to Phoenix to visit my parents. Enjoy your time. What a blessing that you can be there!!
