I liked the quote but always cherish the bird photographs you capture. Birds on their way, winging along fascinate me. Just simply beautiful.
The camera and explanation about the 52 week projects helped me to think of a goal I may make. Thanks for a wonderful year of being friends. hugs xo
Ah, I hope you do a 52 weeks project Robin. I’m toying with two ideas and have to decide by the weeks end. My lensbaby lenses or abstracts which is out of my box.
Thank you so much for lovely comment and for the friendship here! xx
You put a huge smile on my face this morning! Thank you so much for this wonderful comment! I’m so glad you like my header. I wonder if I did it right and it stays on top of all my posts? We’ll see.
Judy suggested I print it, and I’m going to get it ready to do that in 2018.
The Warbler was just taking off when I got that shot. They’re so fast I usually end up with a butt shot, or blur. 🙂
Happy New Year to you and yours. I wish you all the best 2018 has to offer!
Your header looks quite magical. I may be changing themes soon too. There’s some things I’m looking for that my current one doesn’t offer.
That bird in flight is beautifully captured Deborah!! Congrats on 52 weeks of Wordless Wednesday! That ornament is precious.
Thank you so much Amy! My old theme wasn’t supported anymore, and somehow I had a “sticky” post that took me forever to figure out how to unstick it, and by then I had tried a few new themes and thought what the heck you’ve been needing to change themes so do it.
I haven’t figured out how to add pages yet, but then again I haven’t spent as much time as I need to figuring it with the Holiday, and family here.
Another 52 week project done! I’m undecided about doing one next year, but next week I may feel differently.
My Header. That was my original header way back when I started blogging, but that theme got dumped by WP too so I had to change and I didn’t add the header back.
I made that image back on Jan. 1, 2011. It was a magical day, and trip with friends.
The ornament: It isn’t really an ornament at all. It’s two squares from my perpetual calendar, and some buttons I have had since my daughter was about 8 or 9. At church the girls had achievement goals and every time they achieved a goal they were given a corresponding button to be sewn on a sash. Daughter still has her sash somewhere, and these buttons were extras I had. Anyway, I was playing with an idea for 52 weeks, and the calendar. I was thinking it would be a good ornament for me to remind me of all the 52 week projects I’ve done, but do I have a couple of camera ornaments on my tree so I guess I have it covered. 🙂
Oh, I hope you do a 52 weeks project! I just decided on the direction I’ll be going with one this year while driving home from Baby Girl’s this evening. It’s certainly doable, and less stressful than 365 project. To me anyway.
Thank you so much Judy! I made that image in Yosemite Jan. 1, 2011. I’ve never thought about printing it. It’s a good idea though. I’ll have to dig it out of the archive for that.
I love that quote, Deborah. I’ve learned so much over the years by what I’ve achieved – or failed at.

I appreciate your warm comments and you did mention you had some country roots. hugs xo
I do have country roots, and I appreciate your warm comments and friendship too. Hugs!
I may not do a 52 weeks project, but I do feel yours will keep us spellbound whichever one you choose to do, Deborah.
I enjoyed your 52 Weeks WW throughout the year, and this post’s quote. Love the header and bird in flight shots!
That header is magnificent!
Also, the bird’s wings! Holy crap you’re good!
Cheers to a bright new year, Deborah, wishing you the best!

I’m so glad you shared this idea of 52 week projects! I had to tell you this is a great idea, Deborah. 🌟

My goodness but that header shot is gorgeous. It would make a great card or look wonderful in a frame on the wall. 🙂

Nice shot of your camera. Enjoyed it, Deborah.
Thank you so much John!
🙂
I love the Ziglar quote, Deborah. And I enjoyed the photos too. I hope you are having a wonder-filled holiday season. Hugs!
Thank you so much Teagan! My Holiday has been lovely. I hope yours has been too! xx
This is awesome!
Thank you so much Lynn!
So true!
awh – the great wisdom of Zig!
🙂
I love that image at the top, but the one with your camera is precious. Good job, Deborah.
Thank you so much Dan!
The first shot is a wonderful accompaniment to the quote!
Thank you so much Belinda! I hope you’re having a lovely holiday!
