I’m feeling rather “door” lite weak this week as I was in the Eastern Sierras last week-end and wasn’t focused on doors, and I didn’t photograph any during the week.
However, I did come across a fishing cabin with a green door and lovely tree reflections in the big window so, I made a quick image of that.

This cabin and the others in this resort area sit across the road from Misty Fall which is what I was in the area photographing.

It’s a pretty place to go fishin’.

Nice! I was out the way of cabins this week, too, but I didn’t capture too many doors — caught a lot of good sights though, ya know?
Dig those reflections — Oh how I love a good reflection! 🙂

The last photo of the falls became a huge wow, when I noticed the house in the foreground. It gives a great perspective on the size of the falls.
… and all the golden trees are pretty awesome too 🙂

Hi -I thought I left a comment – sorry if this is duplicate – but I really love the door – the reflection – and those chairs!
And the second photo was a nice splash of nature- whoa – nice.

The top shot shows clever vision for composition, Deborah, and the bright vivid foliage in the second shot frames the house and rocks beautifully.

That would be a nice little cabin, even if you don’t fish. I wouldn’t mind spending a few days there. Beautiful fall colors in that lower photo. I love the rocks too.

Did you see the fall in those rocks? At that angle you don’t really see the mist blowing off of it, but it’s there. 🙂 One of these years I may have to rent a cabin and stay a few days longer.

I saw a wet area of rock. I guessed that that was the fall.

Wow, stunning Fall landscape – and I can imagine there weren’t many doors around either! Had to smile because this fishing cabin had a similar front door as we had in the past. Don’t feel bad about not being focused – I have that most of the time, lol!

Thank you Jesh! I was focused on Fall Colors not doors. 🙂
That resort would be a great base for a few days of vacation or chasing fall color.

I’m not much of a fisherman but that sure looks like a lovely spot just to hang out for a few days 🙂
