Beautiful!!
Thank you so much, Jill!
Sunning view! Makes me miss the PNW!
Thank you so much!!
This is a gorgeous capture Deborah! I like how Mt. Shasta, coated in snow, stands off by itself. The waterfowl make it all the more interesting.
Thank you so much, Denise!
Deborah, that image has it all. A snow caped Mountain, water and birds, just don’t get no better. You did a beautiful job of capturing it!
Thank you so much, John! It was a lovely view.
Beautiful, Deborah. Love the Dr. Seuss quote!
Thank you so much, Jennie! I love that quote too. 😀
😀
One of my favourite Dr. Seuss saying! I love the photo/quote duet, Deborah!
Thank you so much, Rebecca!
Now that’s a sight I’d gladly have taken in. You were fortunate.
Very fortunate indeed! It was a great weekend of friends, views, and birds.
the layers on the Shasta photo are incredible – from the birds to clouds to water – so much to enjoy.
and the funny thing is – Dr. Seuss wrote for children and he is noted as being zany and fun with slightly whacky characters –
yet his quotes are often deep and appeal to adults.
and the one you shared today reminded me how inspiring good ol’ Dr Seuss could be:
Today is your day. Your mountain is waiting, so get on your way
Thank you so much! He does have some great motivating quotes that are not only timeless, they’re ageless too. 😀
yes – that was what I was trying to say – ageless – hahah a
and then you are right – timeless too – haha
It’s early. I’m not even finished with my first morning cuppa you know mylittle grey cells aren’t functioning on all pistons yet but, I knew what you meant! 😀
🙂
Love the quote. Looks like a great place to bird and photograph.
Thank you so much, Robert! It was a great place to bird and photograph.
Gorgeous view and scene, Deborah!!
Thank you so much, Donna! It was pretty.
Quite the view, Deborah. Anything with a mountain in it and this has SO much more. It made me happy, so thanks for that.
Thank you, Janet! I’m happy to make you happy. 😍
What a sweet image. And I must tell you that I chuckle every week when I see your Hump Day. Just because. 😀
ROFL!!! Thank you, Manja! I’m glad I gave you a chuckle today. 😀
The scenery perks one soul, the quote makes one smile, a great way to celebrate Wednesday! It reminds me of a t-shirt I once say that said “hike more, worry less” 🙂
perks one’S soul 🙂
Thank you! I like the sound of that t-shirt!!
So lovely! A scene to happily get lost in 😊
Thank you so much, Belinda! I got lost in it myself. 😀
A lovely view, we don’t have bumpy bits here!
Thank you so much, Brian! I always miss those bumps whenever I’m somewhere truly flat.
A lovely image, Deborah. A midweek boost for sure.
Thank you so much, John!!
That’s a gorgeous picture, Deborah! Fresh and clean and bright. Let’s hit the mountain.
Thank you so much, Peter! I’ve been on a trail up on the mountain a couple of times it’s beautiful up there too.
So lovely! I can feel the essence of the moment in your image. 🥰
Thank you so much, Cheryl! 😍
The mountains in the Cascades range are my favorites. This is a great photo, Deborah. Thanks for giving me a reason to smile.
You’re welcome, Dan! I’m glad you like the image!
I think I will second Judy’s approach. Climb it I might. Be near it is enough. Lovely Deborah. Thanks.
I’m with you two!! 😉 Being near it and seeing it from there was quite enough for that moment in time. Thank you so much, John!
Nice
Thank you so much, Ahmed!
I’d be a happy woman with a chair, hot cup of coffee, and a cookie or two and just take that view in. Beautiful.
It was a beautiful view from there. Thank you so much, Judy!
