    1. Aren’t those fun! I forgot to use my star filter so I added those in Photoshop. Years ago I learned how to make them and kept this one as a brush in my Photoshop brush box to every now and then. 😀

  1. I like the quote and you Christmas display! I had a tree like that. My mother bought them for my sisters and I and we glued the bulbs in at one of the family get-togethers. Happy New Year!!! 🙂

    1. How cool! Thank you for sharing your ceramic Christmas tree memory with me! 🥰🎄
I’m glad I have extra little faux bulbs since the hot glue doesn’t last forever! I have to reglue bulbs on from time to time.

I hope you have a wonderful and blessed New Year, Denise!

      1. Oh that’s right (we’re still getting weather conditions from that area on our Ipad). Here, when we have a storm, it still doesn’t change the temperature:) Hope you don’t feel too lonely:)

        1. We had a window of opportunity between storms and 88 opened up so we went to Baby Girl’s for Christmas. We weren’t lonely at all. Thank you sweet Jesh! I hope you and your family had a lovely Christmas too!

  2. Wonderful Christmas capture, Deborah! I have the same ceramic tree in green with all red bulbs, my grandmother made it and it was passed down to me. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

  3. A beautifully posed photo Deborah, which highlights the surprise and splendor that is associated with this time of year. Have a safe and wonderful Christmas with your family.

  4. That tree reminds me of my Grandma. So many wonderful memories. If you stream PBS, check out the Dean Martin & Frank Sinatra Family Christmas show from 1967. This is the first time it has aired since then, and is only on through the holidays. It is fun. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

    1. Thank you so much, Jarlath!! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. I’ll look for that program. I was just watching a Documentary of F. Sinatra about his life in Palm Springs. I need to finish it today.

Hopefully we can do some birding in the New Year and see some good winter birds. 😀

    1. Thank you so much, Judy! My Mom made one that I loved that she displayed every Christmas so, when the chance came in the late 90’s for me to make one of my own I jumped in and made this one.

Somewhere in the move I’ve lost a deer, and my Christmas mailbox. Sigh. So, I have an idea of how you’re feeling about lost things.

Merry Christmas to you and yours, Judy!
