I miss quite a few I fear. Life gets in the way of computer time which can be a good thing. 🙂
Thank you so much for the lovely comment, and conversation last night! xx

It’s a beautiful beach in Samuel H. Boardman Corridor in OR. It’s a popular beach so getting there first thing in the morning before the crowd came was wonderful.

Oh the crowds. Dratted people loving special places to death… (what a grouch I am 🙂 )

🙂 It’s why I love the early mornings…no crowds.

Hope your week after this post went smoothly and happily, Deborah. xo 💖
Guess what? My oldest daughter’s wedding went very well! I made her bouquet before I left for Cleveland for the week and let her stop by any time to see her wedding dress spread on my bed.
My Mom and I had a lovely Fourth, my brother and sister in law had an early picnic on the 3rd. Mom loved a barbecued rib, while I ate four!
They left for France on the 4th. Every morning of the week I was there (30th thru morning of 7th) I would walk dogs and feed pets, then head to Mom’s memory care apt. We would pick her clothes and I would guide her to breakfast. We sat in their garden, watching birds and reminiscing.
Carrie married Daniel at City Hall in our hometown of Delaware. The woman mayor teared up as well as Carrie and her husband. She’s 37 and was once left a week before her first wedding nearly at the altar. Those expensive clothes are still in my closet. They probably should be sold, just wanted to make sure she wouldn’t wear the dress, use the flower girl, junior bridesmaid and bridesmaid’s dresses. I guess “bad karma.” Her two boys sighed in relief, happy to have a good man in their life! (7/7/17 was the wedding date.) 💞

That’s a beautiful photo, Deborah. I’ll take you wsih, but I’ll settle for half as nice (forecast is partly cloudy). I miss seeing the Cascades mountains.

Thank you so much Dan! I hope the weather wasn’t too bad and you were able to get outside. I’d miss the mountains and the sea if I didn’t have any nearby, but the Sierras, and Cascades will always hold a special place in my heart. I know what you mean.

We had pretty good weather this weekend. It rained a little on Saturday but I was power-washing the porch, ramp, stairs and garage door, so it really didn’t matter.

Oh wow, you must have felt pretty great being all productive in the rain! Well played! 🙂

I have to give some credit to my wife. She was the one who asked “what difference will the rain make? You’re going to get soaked anyway.”

What a beautiful shot to start my Friday morning, Deborah. Thanks. We had rain last night, but it’s going to clear up and cool off and I’m fine with that. I hope you have a marvelous weekend.
