White Yarrow- from a quick hike Sunday morning. I went early while the wind was calm. I was the only person on the trail both going and coming. It was wonderful having the hills to myself for just a little while.

Beautiful, Deborah!
Thank you Donna!
So beautiful!
Thank you so much!
Time alone lovely
It was. Especially here in the Bay Area where it’s hard to find a place free of other people!
nice!
PS awkward English eh? 😀
LOL! It’s my Mother Tongue and I botch it all the time! I understood what you meant. 🙂
The background is so perfect with these! with the subject so full of light.
Thank you so much Cybele! I really wanted to blur out all the grass behind it so only those white little blossoms popped. I’m so happy you see that!
So beautiful. Is this a native in your area?
Thank you so much Melissa. Yes, it’s native to the Western Region of the US. You don’t have it there? Are you Central Region for flowers?
I was just trying to google this flower at the park yesterday to find it’s name… and I couldn’t get the answer. Thank you!! Now I know 🌸😊
I’m glad I could help!
Beautiful photo! I planted some yarrow in my yard. I had no idea that this perennial gets so BIG in size or should I say, spread… I have a yellow color in my yard. I don’t think I have ever seen it in white. So pretty.
Thank you! They do get tall and they spread. They’re lovely on hillsides and meadows.
The yellow is lovely too. We see both here.
Gorgeous! Love this time of year!
