Another little tree alone on a hill. This is an image I made a couple of weeks ago. It was a lovely evening: warm, with a cool breeze, and the color glowed in the sky for hours; until well after dark. A rare thing around here.
This image is a composite made from two frames blended in Photoshop CS6.

absolutely stunning Deborah- I love where you are going with your photography- I am delighted looking at your images!
Thank you so much Cybele you made my day! 🙂
most welcome and deserved!
I love the all of the subtle hues in this.
Thank you very much for the lovely comment.
I was thinking how spectacular this image was, and then I read that it is a composite of two! Amazing. I don’t know how you did that but the effect is seamless. My daughter has now said she’d agree to live in San Francisco with me!!! 🙂
Thank you so much Melissa! I’m glad you can’t tell it’s a composite.
Are you moving to SF? That would be neat to hang out birding, and enjoying the nature preserves together.
Oh it sure would!
beautiful – I need to learn more about using photoshop 🙂
Thank you so much Jodi! Me too!! PS has such a steep learning curve that I can’t do a lot of things without my guide books, and Youtube tutorials.
Like anything the more you do the thing the easier it gets. 🙂
I hear you – just have not given myself the time to explore – too many fun things to do – so little spare time 🙂
I’ve been using Photoshop since Photoshop 4 and still need guides, and tutorials. I think this program like the French language for me will be a lifetime endeavor. Hopefully you’re a quicker student than I am! xx
it’s beautiful!!!
Thank you so much Rohit!
