I read a book some time ago that told how they came back from near -extinction. It is fascinating how everything is interrelated.

Thank you so much Melissa! I’m glad they’re making a comeback and doing so well here. I think they’re adorable…especially when dry or nearly so. They kinda look like cuddly teddy bears then, but like bears when they open their mouths and show their teeth I think…maybe not so cuddly! 🙂
