Wonderful to see the IL summer wildflowers, Deborah, especially now that we’re into the autumn months. I so love black-eyes Susans.
Thank you so much, Jet! I love all coneflowers. 😀
This is a great collection! I especially like the coneflower.
Thank you so much, Denise!!
Great pics, Deborah! The Yellow Coneflowers make me think of Black-Eyed Susans, our state flower here in Maryland.
They reminded me of those as well! Thanks so much, Paul! I learned something today…your state flower! 😀
Don’t seem that I have been anywhere with many wild flowers for a while, it is fun enjoying yours! Nice shots.
Lovely captures, wildflowers are such wonderful finds! Well done, Deborah!!
Thank you so much, Donna!
So beautiful!
I like the simplicity and the dance.
Thank you so much, Robert!
It’s a beautiful time of the year especially through your camera lens. 🙂
It was so pretty there and I was so surprised by how green it was and of course there was so much marsh land. I loved seeing it. Thank you so much for that lovely compliment. I’m going to float all day on that!! 💗💕
Another name for wild carrot is Queen Anne’s Lace, at least where I come from. Great shots!
Deb
Thank you so much, Deb! You know I thought it might be Queen Anne’s Lace as well, but my book on Wildflowers of No. America has it and Wild Carrot listed as a different blooms and it looks slightly different than this one…So I’m not entirely sure.
Excellent, Deborah.
Thank you so much, John!!
😊
I love seeing wildflowers, Deborah. Thanks for sharing yours in these beautiful photos.
Me too. Thank you so much, Dan!
We have black-eyed susans in Austin, too. I suspect they don’t grow wild in Nevada.
I haven’t seen any that weren’t cultivated here. Echinacea as well. It was lovely seeing both in the wild!
Beautifully, expertly done, Deborah. Thanks for sharing this treat with us. Hugs on the wing.
Thank you for dropping by to see them, Teagan! Hugs! 🤗
❤️❤️❤️
💕 Thanks, Cheryl!
Nothing like wildflowers😊. Beautiful photos, Deborah!
I agree, Belinda! Thank you so much!! 😄
Be still my heart. These could be from the park in Naperville where I always walked. ❤️
How cool! I did notice that Naperville wasn’t too far away from Orland Park when I was looking at the map. 💕
It’s not and just a bit closer than from Gilbert. 😉
😄
