It’s been a couple of months since I’ve been over to the lake so I thought with clouds in the sky this evening it might be worth a trip over. Most the people were packing up their picnics, toys, kids, or were hauling all their stuff out when I arrived so, it was really quite and peaceful in my spot.

A couple of times while I waited for the color in the sky a duck would splash down. That was the most noise I heard.  Then the sky started turning pink. It was a lovely way to end the day and week-end.

More to come…

  1. Your wait was worth it Deborah, the sky is beautiful. I love how it’s reflected in the water.

    • Thank you so much Dan! I loved the color reflected in the water too. I always hope my camera drinks up all the color as well as the water does. 🙂

  2. Beautiful; it looks quiet and relaxing.

A penny for your thoughts...
