I’d finished photographing the skyline I wanted further up the pier then walked down to the end of the pier to meet Alex and he reminded me that Venus was over the city so I set up to make the image. I was traveling light with only one lens the Nikkor 24-70mm G which wasn’t wide enough to capture the whole beautiful skyline so, I took two frames and stitched them together in CS6.
Thank you Alex for reminding me about Venus!
