Ha, a Skoolie build! I use to see a good many of these out on the road when I was boom-docking a lot. Some changed very little while others were crazy nice. Here is a link to some pretty nice ones.

Yes, it was on someone’s property…actually. We couldn’t really tell if it was being used for housing.
