As I mentioned last week we were going to be treated to a Lighted Golf Cart Parade in my community by several neighbors that have their own golf carts.
It was a small but festive parade with just 6 golf carts. Myself and my neighbors waited outside in the cold for the parade to get to our end of the street. It was dark by the time they arrived. Here are a few images of the parade.

…and quick as wink they were gone.
It was fun, and I hope they do it again next year!

Wow, time flies; your second Christmas in your new home. 2020 was a bust anyway and 2021 couldn’t have come soon enough. Let’s all take our shots and make that pandemic go away and look forward to a better and safer 2021.

I’m so far down on the list to get a vaccine, but I’m okay with waiting my turn. I sure hope 2021 is a much better year. I want to travel!

Great fun to see the creativity! There have been lighted boat parades around us on the Chesapeake Bay, they are great fun too. 🙂

I’ve been to the Lighted Boat Parade in Santa Cruz, CA several times. They are fun too!

Looks like fun. People could so this where my parents live as many of the people in their gated community play golf. I say go for the lighted bike next year!

Pretty sharp images for a night shot. I was also going to ask about your future cart, but I see you answered that.

Thank you so much, Dan! I had my rig on my tripod and cranked the ISO way up to 6400 to keep the shutter speed high enough to keep the images fairly sharp. Next year I think I’ll go up to the gate where there are more lights and it won’t be as dark then.

So Deb, when are you and he-man gonna trick out your cart and join the parade? I expect ta see something along the lines of a Holiday low rider and a fab sound system…LOL

LOL! That’s funny, Dan! We don’t have a golf cart or play golf! 😀 Maybe I can trick out my bicycle and ride it next year along with the carts? 🤪
