  1. Wow! I’ve been to Yosemite many times, when a young parent with kids every October, and then as an empty nester with friends. I’ve taken many photos, but none as glorious as yours.

    1. How blessed you have been to have been able to visit Yosemite so many times!

I’ve been going since I was a little girl, but have only been doing “night/astrophotography” for about 10 yrs.
This night hike was a pretty special; filled with lots of fun memories.

Thank you so much for your visit to my blog, and for the lovely comment!

  2. The part I liked best in this gorgeous photograph was the misty last third of the falls. This is where your magical camera and you (of course!) caught light, lines, rays and shadows appearing luminous; as if a spiritual awakening. I need an image of an angel to demonstrate the ethereal quality of your photo, Deborah. . . xo

  3. Magnificent capture, Deborah! Hubby and son and daughter always started climbing this fall, before tackling Bridal Veil Falls and Half Dome. I just tackled painting them, lol. This one I painted the front, where you can see the three parts of the waterfall.
