Yosemite Valley

This is another iconic Tourist shot when one comes to Yosemite National Park. At some point you come up here. The view is never ho-hum. On this day we sun and clouds covering El Capitan on the left and the Dome of Half Dome. The snow flocked trees lining the valley floor was pretty.

That’s Bridalveil Fall there on the right under Cathedral Rocks. It was chilly and icy up here. If you wanted to drive any higher you had to have chains on your tires or show the Ranger who was on guard duty there you had chains for your 4×4.
