The Steep Hill is 3 parts to me. The bottom which is really steep and this bit here is pts. 2 and 3 .There is a bit of respite to take a breath here as there is a very short little flat part before it starts climbing again.
Hopefully in a month I won’t be stopping at parts 2 and 3…maybe just part 3 for a minute before powering up to the top.
Behind the top are two tiny little hills compared to this one, before you start the descent.
It’s a good work out for only 2.5 mile loop.
